About Every Expression Therapies…

At Every Expression Therapy, I strive to empower individuals to embrace their true selves and find meaning in their lives.

Through a combination of talk therapy, movement, art, and other expressive modalities, I aim to support clients in processing their emotions, overcoming challenges, and reconnecting with their inner strength and resilience.

If you're seeking a therapist who values authenticity, compassion, and genuine connection, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and healing at Every Expression Therapy.

Together, we can explore the depths of your inner world, unlock your true potential, and pave the way for a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

(Some of) Cloe’s story

I am dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals to explore their inner selves, heal from past traumas, and embrace their authenticity through various therapeutic modalities.

My therapy journey began with a deep sense of knowing that there was something more for me, a calling to connect the threads of my life's experiences into a meaningful path. I’ve been dancing since the age of three and I have always found solace and expression in movement. This passion led me to explore the therapeutic and liberating power of dance, eventually becoming a trained dance facilitator, yoga teacher, and massage therapist.

Throughout my travels around the world, I have had the privilege of creating movement and expression events in diverse cultures, nurturing my belief in the importance of creating safe spaces for individuals to freely express themselves.

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in acceptance and inclusivity. I welcome individuals from all walks of life, specialising in those who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or who have experienced trauma or loss. Drawing from my own lived experiences of trauma and mental health challenges, I understand the importance of providing a nurturing environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.

My vision is for a world where everyone feels a sense of belonging, self-worth, and acceptance. I believe in celebrating differences, nurturing innocence, and embracing the wildness within each of us. Through my work, I hope to create spaces where individuals can tap into their innate creativity, connect with others authentically, and find joy in the simplicity of being human.

My commitment to inclusivity extends beyond the therapy room. As a queer, neurodivergent woman, I am dedicated to challenging prejudices and discrimination within society and the therapeutic community. I continuously educate myself to better understand intersectionality and create positive change.
